The gentleman at the front desk, Keith, greeted us with a much needed levity after a very long drive. He got us checked in and answered our questions about the area and recommendations for dining. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The pool was a great activity that evening. Our son is autistic had a loud meltdown in the morning before we went down to breakfast. (We were staying because he had a medical procedure and he was very nervous.) I stopped at the front desk to explain in case there were any complaints and to apologize. The lady told me not to worry about it but thanked me for letting her know. The breakfast was above what I expected. The lady serving it was cheerful, interacted with the guests asking how everything was and genuinely took time to not only bustle around and keep the food filled but make sure every guest was greeted and felt at home.

Our room (a double-queen) was very comfortable. The heating/AC unit worked well and was quiet. TV reception was good as well as the mattress and pillows. There appeared to be a good variety of both hot and cold breakfast items. (But since I am an extremely picky eater, I brought my own food.) Staff at downstairs desk were very welcoming and efficient. I was happily surprised to receive a text as soon as we checked in, asking if everything was okay with our room.

Immaculately clean rooms and bathrooms!!! Availability of quality amenities: Pool, gym, business center, free parking/wifi. Liked that breakfast was included & warm cookies in the afternoon. Water bottles hilton honors members at check in were a nice touch. Staff: Kudos to Craig for an efficient check in and follow up with a text to ask if we needed anything to make our stay perfect.. Kudos to Diana for her kind care during breakfast!

The breakfast was well rounded with a variety of choices. The coffee was much better than expected. And the dining area was bright with natural light and had a variety of seating options that suited our large family gathering. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The moment you walk into the reception area or pass someone in the hallway, they make eye contact and greet you.

I have stayed at this Hotel 3 different times, each time around 1 week, they only were beat at the breakfast set up by a hotel in Prague. though here at Western Ave. Breakfast very varied selection daily, more than what you would think of, good quality, selection, and great staff.
